using controllers?

I am trying to use controllers in my piano roll view for my Sw1000xg, but can't seem to edit them. I tried using the pencil, but nowlt is happening, anyone help me on the matter at all? thanx

salright everybody!! I sussed it out for myself!!! It was the easiest thing on the planet!!! lol

It may not help much....depends on whether you're using a mac or not!! But....if you've got the caps lock on...Cubase wont let you draw in anything at all! Have you tried using the paintbrush instead or maybe pitchbending with controller data under the edit page?You'd need to set your quantise and the other bit(cant remember what its called!)underneath it to the same notelength you require.Anyway,may help you or may not!I tried my best!Good luck!
