Hello to all of you musicos!

I have a roland 16801 recorder and a korg triton.
Despite obtaining very clear recordings, I am most dissapointed with the final volume once the song is engraved on cd.
Someone told me it's all to do with the frequency settings of the equaliser.

Can anyone give me some info to help me obtain a fatter more powerful sound??
