Hafler TA1600 buzz (only occurs when central air is on)

Hey all,
I love my Hafler amp, but this is the one piece of gear that gives me grief in my home studio when the central air unit is on. Contstant buzzing - sometimes pulsating, but mostly steady higher-pitched buzzing sound. The buzzing occurs with nothing plugged in, and is heard through my Tannoy Reveal monitors. Gain knobs full open or full off - the buzz is still there.

I've tried my ART SP4x4 power box, a PowerWerks Power Pro box, plugging directly into 4 different outlets all around the house, and the buzz still occurs. When our central air is off, all is well. When it fires up, after about 2 hours, the Hafler starts a-buzzin'. I'm getting about 110 V voltage readings (which occurs when the air is on), so I'm thinking dirty or not enough power to the amp, but I have no idea what's up.

I've tried my Ebtech hum eliminator as well to no avail.

Any ideas? Would a power regulator help? Not sure what to do at this point.

feeling adventurous???? go to the panel and turn off the line with the AC on it... now go to the AC unit and solder in a .1 micro farad 600 volt cap across the power to the AC unit... good possibility the noise is gone... all disclaimers are in force...

Interesting....

Found the part online for only a couple bucks, but do I fee adventurous?

I guess if I knew exactly where to solder it in, I'd give it a shot. I do know how to solder, just haven't done anything with power inputs/outputs before.
