Tascam us 122 and vista

Happy 4th everyone

I recently got a windows vista laptop, and i'd like to use my us-122 on my laptop. It works fine on my desktop xp...i haven't been able to find a driver for it yet. Just wondering if anyone knows any tips/tricks/workarounds??

They have not witten the softwear update to work with vista yet. I trashed my whole system and bought a ZOOM MRS802BCD Stand Alone Recording Studio with a 40 gig hardrive and cdr/rw for under 500.00. Hope this helps you best of luck

thanks for the reply...i did find a way to install the driver by running vista in xp compatibility mode....however, audition is not recognizing the hardware. Sounds like you got a good deal and have a good set up. I have a pretty good set up for my desktop, and do have a br1600...i'm just experimenting w/ laptop vista recording
