Rack Soundcard WTB???
I currently have a Tascam US-122L
I am pleased with it but I want to upgrade to a rack mounted interface. I only need 1 Channel really as I work alone. Can people reccomend a good rack mounted Interface?

I use a MOTU Traveler firewire interface and like it very much. It might be overkill for your needs though.
You could probably rack mount the interface you ahve now, or get a Presonus Firebox and rack mount it.

You also need two channels just to listen back in stereo. Like Sonic suggested, I would look at the MOTU offerings and also the Delta 1010 from MAudio or the Firewire 1814 if you need preamps.
