To which drive should I save what??

My new computer has 2X250 Gb hard drives. What do you save to each? RIght now, my C: currently has the normal stuff, Program files etc. Do I save projects to this other drive, or just audio files, what is the usual set up for tilizing the 2 drives.

Use your second drive for just projects and audio files.
