Do I need a preamp?
If I have a mixer with phantom power, do I need a mic preamp for a condenser mic?
I don't think I do, but I'm just curious.

No, the mixer has a preamp in it.

Just as StackableMusic said.
The only reason you'd get another preamp is if you ran out of them on your mixer. Or if you wanted to get a better/higher-quality pre and bypass the ones on your mixer.
