M-512 mixdown patch cable config
How do I patch the m-512 for mixdown? The manual seems to suggest that I use the "Mon" pots for mixdown, but I'd like to use the buss assign switches to group channels to the 1-8 buss masters, and then listen thru the Stereo Master A output. Any ideas? thanks!

The "MON" outs and the volume controls tied to it, are for monitoring on speakers.
Hook up your stereo mastering deck to buss 1 & 2 and set up your mix to flow to those connections as this will allow you to use the MON section of the mixer for listening at your desired levels. Cheers! ![]() |
