M-312 Connections

Ok, I'm gonna start by saying I don't know diddly about using this board. The band I'm in was just presented with one of these and we would like to use it for live sound. I can't find a manual anywhere so I'm hoping someone here can help. Basically I need to know how to set this thing up. Do I need to use external power amps? If so, how do I connect them? Will this board pass audio directly to a set of PA speakers? I think all the RCA type connectors are confusing me. Do I need to build cables (rca to 1/4" or speakon) The board seems to have power but i'm not able to get any audio to the speakers. Any help would be appreciated.

You'd assign each channel (1-12) to a pgm buss (1-4) and plug from the outputs of the pgm busses to the inputs of a power amp (for live sound).

The M-312 won't drive PA speakers by itself.
