A broke "Tascam-238 Syncaset"?
Hi
Ive got this Tascam 238 8-track deck thats collecting dust. Why? The speed/pitch changes annoyingly during recording (isnt constant) no matter how I set that pitch dial. Sometimes it'll be too fast, even if I turn the pitch all the way - And other times it'll be too slow, no matter how far up + i'll set the pitch. This shows during playback ofcourse Any suggestions what this is, or whom I could send it to for maintanance? - I live in the Netherlands. Ty. |

Yeah, it's broke. Same thing happens to all of them. It'll cost about $150 for the part and $75 labor and you have to send it to California.
