I can commiserate Ido, as you know. Seeing a near replacement or potential original on the screen is a wrench. Should we keep eyes out for similar?

i think i have a stolen guitar ??? ........ i bought it probably at the end of the 80's .......... from someone i suspect was a thief ... the serial # is gone .... i would love to find the rightfull owner and give it to him ........

I look for these regularly on eBay. Unfortunately the price is usually beyond what I can afford. Someday I may have both the opportunity and the cash to make it a reality...but it may be a while !

Same guitar but the old owner installed a new bridge and tailpiece. You can see the damage done to the original tailpiece area behind the pickup. IMHO the guitar is ruined.
