Does Cubase SE3 work with dual core processors? I was checking out the feature comparison and now I have doubts as to whether it supports dual core or not.

Supports and works with are two different things.

Yes, SE3 will run on a dual core processor and no, it will not take full advantage of what a dual core processor has to offer.
