exporting audio from tascam 788 into PC

Hey there folks, was wondering if there is a simple way to export audio from a Tascam 788 portastudio directly into a pc (using Cubase SX3). Any help would be appreciated.

1. Using v2.02 of the 788 software, export the tracks to CD-R with the CDRW788, then copy the tracks from the disc into your PC.

2. Use the analog or S/PDIF outs on the 788 to the soundcard in on your PC (but this can only be done in real time, two tracks at a time. Any additional tracks must be lined up again in your software).
