PQ Editor's, CD Subtext encoding for mastering.

Mastering Guru's, is there anything available for the pro-sumer market for this? I can't seem to find a Software that will allow PQ Editing, and Create CDT that will transfer in the replication process...

There's a good chance I'm not looking in the right place, too. So please enlighten me.

Wavelab, CD Architect, Samplitude Master... The list goes on...

I think even WaveLab Essentials allow frame-accurate PQ editing.

I wasn't aware CD Architect would do that... How about the full version of Nero?

How about Plextools? Or am I way off there?

I suppose if Wavelab Essentials will do it, that's not too expensive. I just hate to purchase a program for the sole intention of PQ Editing, especially if I have one already and don't know it.
