Question Desk Placement

Right now I have my desk & monitors set up like figure 1. I've been thinking about placing the desk under the window though. I just wanted to know if having a glass window in front the desk will introduce any acoustic problems, or since the side walls will be closer to the monitors if it would be safer to keep them were they are. The window is about chest high.

Thanks!
