dbx760x power adapter

I found a dbx760x mic pre for $80 and its missing the power adapter. The seller says it can be found at radioshack. This thing is pretty old and I just want to make sure thats true. I don't want to buy the mic pre than find out the adapter is rare.
EDIT: Actually, since I have a mixer am I wasting money on a pre amp? I have an old 8 channel peavy mixer, running the effect sends from each channel to a motu 828. Im not sure exactly what the differences are between the pre amps in my mixer, and the outboard pre amps such as the dbx I was looking at, along with the presonus bluetube and ART I was considering as well.
thanks for any help.
