Midi hangs on my keyboard, plz help

Hey guys

i have an old 88 key keyboard which i currently use as a midi controller, and one of it`s keys started to "hang" when played. is there any way of fixing this?

The contact under that key probably needs to be cleaned, or is worn out. Probably just needs a cleaning though.

Take it into an authorized service center and have them analyze the problem. Chances are, having the contacts cleaned will fix it for you.

If you want to try something yourself, buy a can of compressed air and blow out as much dirt and dust from under the key as possible. That might help too.
