HELP ME LPEASE IF YOU KNOW

Hi everyone,
I'm getting ready to buy an audio card and i'm doing my research rightnow and this is what i've heard so far.
For the price range that i can afford,i've been told about a couple of card and these are the ones that i'm leaning toward.
1- DELTA 1010
2- LAYLA 24
3- RME HAMMERFALL 9652(IF THIS IS YOUR TOP ADVICE FOR ME,PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO I HOOK MY ANALOG MIXER TO IT AND HOW GOOD IS THE PERFORMANCE ?)
PLEASE TELL ME ANYTHING YOU KNOW ABOUT THESE CARDS.
REGARDING LATENCY PERFORMANCE,SOUND QUALITY EXCT...

P-III,450,320MB
VST 24 3.7R2,MACKIE 1604VLZ PRO.

with the hamerfall card, there are add on analog connections that have to be purchased seperate. http://www.rme-audio.com/english/aeb/aeb48o.htm

I think any of these cards would be fine for what your doing. In my experience, the delta is a breeze to install and has worked flawlessly (I only use the S/PDIF though, YMMV)

I've heard of a few problems with the Layla, but once everything is working, people seem to be happy.

I'm glad i found someone who knows and has experience at least with one of these card.
I realy apreciat it ,and i guess i'm leaning toward the delta 1010 rightnow.
Anybody else know any of these card ?
