what kind of mic's do you use?

simple enough question, what kind of mics do you guys use/prefer to use?

i use the AKG perception 100.... wouldnt say i prefer to use it lol its all i got and the only condenser i've ever used so yea

I use the KSM27 or AT4040 depending. But for me it's usually the KSM27.

I got a perception 200 in my closet somewhere homie. It's a decent sounding mic. Great mic for the price though.

lmao you'll always hear me mention the gear I usually use with, but never mention the home recording gear I use haha. That will remain a mystery until I finish building my studio. Ok, at Home, I have a u-87, 193, 103 and a perception 200. The most awful gear piece I own (4 items), is a Furman 31 band short throw EQ, Berry MDX 2600 comp/limit & a sonic maximizer berry 12 channel mixer. The EQ & MDX are hooked up, but the other 2 are sitting somewhere in the closet. I think it's called the MDX? lol They mostly to make my rack look more full
