Critique this Acustic mix please

Alright im doing some recording for a friend. Im not the best at recording, so bear with me. I need some help, i feel like the vocals sound like the person is singing 5 feet back from the guitar, and i want them to sound right on top of each other. Please any feedback will help.

just my $.02. Carve out some of the low end on the gtrs. Maybe bring down the volume too.
Listening in mono so YMMV.

It doesn't seem that far away with two singers.I'd say raise the faders +3 db on the verses and bring it back down when both vocals kick in.That way the volume would remain consistent.
