also if you're on a budget, check out the Behringer Ultra VariFreq 9608 Pro. it has a lot of the features of the Kikusui, but without the Full line voltage sim. but it does have switchable full line voltage simulation models, depending on what you're after. plus it comes with LED meters for Power Factor and Apparent Power, with a special 'blend' knob to control the mix of the Harmonic Current vs Power W. kinda gimmicky, but it gets the job done for cheap.
