Cubase or Digi 001? Help me!

I just unloaded all my Roland gear and I need help on which program to buy. My computer is ready and should I get Pro Tools Digi 001 or Cubase 5.0 with a Delta 1010 box? I just need some help and feedback from you Cubase users as to what you like and dont like? I'm a PC guy and I heard Cubase is better. I just want something that's easy to get going on and of course will provide me with the best sound quality possible. Help me please. Thanks for all of your help. I can get a 1010 with Vegas Pro software bundled for free too! Just an added bonus, and yes I have outboard preamps, cause I know the 1010 doesn't have any. Any help offered is greatly appreciated.
