Monitor muddle

Sorry to re-visit the dreaded 'which monitor topic' but I've spent hours searching this and other sites but can find virtually nothing to help me. I need to buy my first set of near-fields and they'll have to fit into my bedroom studio space around the computer workstation in the corner of the room. There's no way I can have them more than a few inches away from the wall and there will be other surfaces to the sides as well and the ceiling slopes down on one side too. I've looked at quite a few reviews for various near-fields and sometimes they'll helpfuly warn that 'room placement is critical' so I know this is a potential problem. I'm sure some designs must be better suited for situations like mine than others but which ones, if any? Help please.

No, I hadn't heard about these. Just had a quick look for reviews but can't find much. They're a lot less than I thought I'd need to pay and they do seem to have been designed for tricky situations like mine so you've given me something new to think about - thanks Travis.
