Talking

I thought it might be a catchy title. I'm not looking to hear a comparison of cans, I've already read those threads. What I need to know is: Do I really need to buy an exspensive pair of studio headphones for my singers to use that will stop bleed? Obviously the "open" cans aren't going to help with what I'm looking for. I have my 20/20bas's for monitoring. I want to have my singers feel they can hear their pitch (we all know about the singer's temperamental need for volume) and not have them turn their heads and have it picked up on the mic? At a low price? Or do I need to go with the flavor of the month? Thanks.
