Antares Autotune. Or Celemony Melodyne.

Don't use either one.

Or at least not to the degree that the song you linked does unless you want your record to be impossible to listen to in 6 months.

Both positively SCREAM 'late 2006/early 2007'. Anything that Justin Timberlake has already used doesn't merit a sequel.
