New Problem
I'm running S4.4 and a new problem has recently occured. I start Sonar, arm a track and push record. Then I push the spacebar to stop recording and there is a delay of 10 - 15 seconds before the wave is drawn. After that the wave is drawn instantaneously for a few times, but then it will happen again.
Very frustrating. Any ideas? |

Here's the answer -
http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.asp?m=9...key=piccache?? It appears the picture cache was full. |

Yep, that's it. Just had to empty mine last weekend (Sonar 4 Producer). Started losing waveforms. Audio still there but no waveform on several tracks. Checked the picture cache. It was set at 500 meg and had 484 meg in it. Deleted all the .wov picture files and everythings working great.
Oh yeah, if it seems to take forever for the Sonar program itself to load then this is also the picture cache causing it. DD |
