Exclamation Multimix16 firewire aux question

Does anyone have any experience with this mixer? When I record I can't find a way to make the auxilary plug ins work. Even the mixers own effects don't get recorded but I can hear the effects without being recorded. Any help on how to fix this would be great, thanks

RTFM

It says in the manual that the effects (both internal and externals) are added to the two mix channels. When you record what's coming from e.g. channel 1 you are recording the signal before it is sent to any effects processors. In order to record with the effects you will need to record the mix channels.

So How would I go about doing this? And is it really worth it?
