Yeah! I myself normally get rather dry feeling about reading docs, but have found this one worthy of going through.
Q: Suppose The Standard Volume Indicator reads "0 vu" on the meter face, what is the volume level, isn't it "0 vu"?
A: Probably not.
... it IS good stuff.
There are some things that seem to be obviously this and that are not so and such, the awareness of the fact of which is comfortably hidden in the shadows due to obvious nature of the things.
