you mentioned in another thread that you could get the autocom for 80-90 $ brand new. can you post some links for those of us who would appreciate a nice deal like that??? much appreciated.

and for anyone else - post some sites that have good honest reviews of recording equipment.

Good reviews at Sound on Sound magazine. Some are only accessed through subscription but many aren't( I don't subscribe) http://www.sos.pubs.uk

I also recommend subscribing to Electronic Musician magazine. They review low-priced equipment as well as the expensive stuff. It doesn't have that "you shouldn't be reading this because you're not a professional" vibe that I get from so many mags....or maybe I'm just too much of a newbie to understand those rags.
