Well, the original ones have removable replacable capsules, the new ones do not. However, the new ones look like the capsules are removable. I will have to pull mine out and compare. Never really looked that closely at either the new or the old ones. I can tell them apart visually by the way that my old ones have aged.

Sorry Kenny... as much as I would not mind haveing some more 451's right now, I just had a good friend call me to tell me about a 35 year old Neumann U47 FET with about 5 or so hours on it. That will pretty much eat up my financial resources for this month
