Premier. Can't tell the model without a closer look.

TuoKaerf is right, that's the Premier logo. I'd say it's a more recent model (last 5 yrs. or so) considering the color, lugs and mounting hardware.

They changed their badge in the last year or two, and the hardware looks newer. I'd say sometime from 99-04ish?

The colour and hardware make me think it's a Premier Genista kit circa 96-98?
