Talking Why would "Scrach" Stab his TEAC with screwdriver?

Here's the link to video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PE2YEA-t6lo
So why would he?
I have my guess. What's yours?

I believe he is using a screwdriver to reset the counter to read "0000" on a TEAC open reel recorder. The reason, I believe, for the screwdriver is as the result of losing the plastic little button, hence the need for an external tool to reset the counter. Did I win anything, Doc ?

heh heh! YES! I mean, if the "contest" was about having the same guess as mine. Also, what else can that be? So, I'd call it: "READY, SET, GO"-LSP style
But I'd say the "right answer" would be: "Stabbing The TEAC with a screwdrive is nothing comparing to burning down the entire house, so what would you expect from The Man."

That video shows an excellent example of how to work very effectively with only a few tracks by making use of mixing live to tape. Skills that are pretty rarely used these days.

Cheers!
