CALLING ALL EUROPEANS!!!!!!! German Windows and Audio Logic Platinum from America????

By now you must all be a bit tired of reading these questions about language compatabilities between German computers and American shit. This should be my last question that "no one can answer." I want to use Audio Logic Platinum on a computer that I will buy TOMORROW, here in Munich Germany. The new computer is a sweet one, but the Windows OS is going to be in German. Will my Audio Logic Platinum from Musician's Friend in the US (obviously English Version) work IN ENGLISH with Windows being in German? Or will there be some kind of bullshit, Half English, half German, bleeps all over the screen? Anyone know what I mean?

Does anyone know the e-mail address or web address of a Microsoft Windows Service Line? Please someone dig out the old CD's that you used to install Windows on your computer and look through the information for a, "if you have questions just e-mail....." section. I have looked in the internet and I can find a million Microsoft Websites (naturally) but I can't find a clear clean e-mail address where I should direct this question.
And also does anyone know the same information on E-magic Audio Logic Platinum? E-mail,URL addres? Anything?

You are impatient.. but that's what got me to respond, so I can respect that.

Here goes my attempt to answer your question:

Yes, it should work. I have installed English software that my company makes on several foreign language versions of Windows (Win95 mostly cause it was a while ago) to test it. I never tried German, and I wasn't using Logic Audio software, but my guess would be that it will at least work good enough.

As for contact info:

Search the goldmine of information at the Microsoft Knowledge base at support.microsoft.com. NO www in front of that by the way. Pick the OS and type in your questions. Sometimes it takes some digging through stuff there to get an answer, but you obviously need an answer pretty bad.

http://www.emagic.de will get you to the website of who makes Logic Audio. Which brings me to one of the main reasons I responded to this... just so I could ask you this question: Isn't E-magic a GERMAN company? Why get the computer with German windows and then buy the English language version of software made by a German company to put on that same computer? Maybe you can't get an English version of Windows there for some reason, that's my only guess as to why, and I'm curious to find that out.

Ich kann mich den anderen nur anschliessen. So ein Umgangston muss doch echt nicht sein, oder? Abgesehen davon sollte es eigentlich funktionieren (das mit Windows und Logic). Ich benutze selbst Windows 98 SE mit Logic Audio Gold und habe keine Probleme.

Whoah, I had no idea that such a little thread could invoke such a response.... "No one owes you anything... idiotboy... goddamn...fuck this... fuck that...." It was only a joke. Well not a 100% joke as in I didn't want an answer but do you really think that I meant for everyone to "eat a dick?" And as for my "rediculas do-or-die" threads, I obviously have come across in a far diffrent way than I intended to. If MY memory serves me corectly, I have commented in almost EVERY thread, that this is the best website with the nicest people, in the entire internet. I have also included a BIG THANK YOU to all that have helped me thus far. I have posted several threads inquiring about the compilation CD from this website and e-mailed a ton of people to thank them more personally. I am not in a position where I can research in the internet for any longer then 2 minutes. I do appologize of some of you have gotten the impression that I am lazy and just slump it all off on you guys.
Anyway, the "eat a dick" part was a joke that in retrospect was in very poor taste. However.... I do not think that it was such a terrible thing. I thank you all for your past help. I just hope that you do not think that I will cry a river that some of you have decided to not answer any more of my "lame-assed questions." Thanks for the help on everything, I doubt it but I would love to one day have enough hours in to be able to help someone else that is/was in my situation. And when I do I hope that I TOO have the patience with those that ask me questions because I know that it is an expensive, risky, and extremely stressful thing to buy so much stuff... especially in a country where your only link to information in your language is a little box that you can get to for only 2 minutes at a time, just time enough to write questions to a bunch of strangers from "back home" and pray that they answer you.
Anyway, I AM greatful, and I HAVE shown it in almost every thread. I know that my little knowledge and my relative newness to this website throws up 2 red flags to some of you and screams... IDIOT!!!! And if you think that, then please DO NOT answer anymore of my questions.
