I have an SBLive and a Turtle Beach Montego II. I am trying to use them both with Cubase. My problem is that Cubase will only recognize the Montego in the VST inputs panel, but when I go into the ASIO Multimedia setup it recongnizes both. I have both set as active for input and the SBLive as active for output. How would I go about this? My goal is to record 1 track with the SBLive and another track with the Montego simultaneously.

Hi Soundprizm,
I wouldn´t recommend using these two soundcards simultaneously, because they have to be synced in some way and I think they both can´t be synced together. By the way, did you check the Windows multimedia settings? |

I also use SW1000Xg, but I use a DS2416 (DSP factory),
I have the cards synced together, but have often wondered, is there a way to use just the audio card as the output for both cards eg: So that I can use the SW1000xg s synths on the DS2416 without using the extra speakers. |

Hi there,
as far as I know there is no possibility using two cards togehter, which are not synched throuhg SP/DIF or Wordclock or internally! You can also use just one Audio-Card with ASIO. The only exception I know is to use two cards of one supplier of soundcards which accepts multiple cards. Just use onefor midi and the other one for audio. CYA |
