different hussle - same rules -

Need some advice on a dif. topic . . ..

I am looking to hire someone to pass out flyers and business cards for me. The catch is, these flyers, etc. have nothing to do with music - I am getting started in Real Estate and surprisingly enough - many of the same rules apply - promotions promotions promotions . . . .

How much should I pay someone to hit up X number of neighborhoods putting flyers on mailboxes about my services?

---I would love to kill 2 birds with 1 stone - meaning, I have a close relative who has recently hit on hard times and is in need of $$$$$. My hope is to have this person do this task - cuz I know they comin my way wit a sob story and since its family, I know I am gonna have to help - . . . at least a little bit . . . .

Now I cant shell out a shitload of $, but I'm like - I might as well gets "something" for my troubles . . . my problem is - regardless of their hard time - what would be a "good" rate of exchange . . .

Currency Exchange List -
cut my lawn = $40
clean up my outhouse = $50
