Does anybody have any idea regarding how tupac's Vocals were done??

EX.

MIC?
EQ?
COMPRESSION?
WHAT COMPRESSOR?

Various compressors, depending on where he recorded most likely.

Knowing someone's vocal chain and gear is not as important as knowing how and why the mix sounds the way it does. Regardless of what 2pac was tracked with, there is other gear just as good or better for the job. How it sounds is up to the engineer. Unless you plan on tracking 2pac, how his vocals were eq'd, compressed, what compressor and what mic was used is what worked for 2pac.

a Reverse Reverb is also added to all his vocals...along with the rest, like Mentalattica said...

In the west, we usually use less effects than most other people. The west gives more natural sound if you may. Not like the dirty south where they compress the shit out of everything, and make shit loud as fuck... If you listen to like 2pac, Ice Cube, or the old snoop or dre, you'll see that the vocals are more natural. Not much reverb, bearly any compression, rarely any delay etc.
