You can't raise the Kbps. You have to re-encode the track from the original wav file at a higher Kbps. Higher the kbps, the less the compression of the mp3 file.

Do you have the session or wav file of the track in question?

Are you going for quality or speed of download?I recommend getting the highest quality wav file you can and converting it to 320 kbs preferably using the Lame mp3 decoder.I use it in Audacity.Its the best decoder out in my opinion.If you want speed I guess 128kbs is good enough but start out with the highest quality wav first.
