fill out a studio-related marketing survey...

hey there people - i'm currently enrolled in a college course that's requiring me to do some market research in the realm of recording studios, so i thought i'd post this quick survey and see how many of you would be willing to spend a few minutes to respond...please try to give a response by nov. 10th if you intend to fill it out, and thanks in advance to all those who reply.

1. How many clients do you typically work with in the course of one month?

2. What's your average business volume(in hours), either on a weekly or monthly basis?

3. In the past 24 months have you seen an increase or decline in business volume, and by how much? For those who have been open less than 24 months, what has been the trend been for your studio since opening?

4. Are there certain times of the year when your business volume shows drastic increases or decreases? If so, during what months of the year do these fluctuations occur?

5. Which of the following marketing techniques does your studio rely on to gain clients?
__ Word of Mouth/Reputation
__ Website/Internet
__ Flyers/Business Cards
__ Phone Book/Directory Listings
__ Promotional Offers/Contests
__ Industry/Trade Associations(NAMM, AES, etc.)

6. Which of the above techniques has proven to be most successful?
