spectrum analyzer plugin question?

Do any of you guys know off hand if there is some sort of free spectrum analyzer that will show something like peak db for the whole track?

I'm thinking maybe if I can find something like this it will help me to visually compare things a little bit better and get a better mix?

I use the Voxengo SPAN to check for specific frequency problems.
