Wireless guitar system. Cheap!

I figured I'd throw this here for a day before eBay. What the hell. I have a Samson System 33 wireless for guitar. It's factory set to channel 10. Comes with receiver, transmitter, power supply and appropriate cables. It works fine, I really just don't use it...or need it (I play bass). I bought this as an AMS closeout, so it's a discontinued item and it's not top of the line by any means. It is what it is. If you're looking to get into wireless at your gigs for cheap, this is the way. I'll let it go for $60 shipped to lower 48.

I'm on the good guys list a number of times...in case you need to know that.

Believe it or not, it doesn't say ANYWHERE whether it is or not. It states that it's "true diversity", but that's it. As far as shipping...where are you? I didn't want to ship international if I could help it. If you're in another country, would the adapter (wall wart type) work? I don't know.

A wall wart would only work if you're in a location with 110V power. That's not saying you couldn't buy an equivalent wall wart locally and use that, but that plus the overseas shipping would probably really eat the cost savings pretty quickly.

Out of curiosity, how does it sound? How far out do you have to get before you start hitting dead spots?

Well, to be honest, I only hooked it up 3 times at most because I used it for bass and I sing backup, so I couldn't stray too far even if I wanted too. For the times I used it, it worked fine. As for distance, I couldn't say, but I would think it would cover most clubs.

I did get some interference in one club for some reason, but it only affected my low B string - it cut out for a second a few times during the first set (only the first set!?) and proceeded to work fine the rest of the night. I don't know what caused it...club location, outside interference...something. But only that one night.

But, it's just easier for me to stay with a cord. Everyone else in the band is wireless - (except the drummer - but wireless does me no good.
