finally discovered use of "remote" for automation

my digital mixer allows me to do automation, but will only let me change the first "knob" of the fx send. In my case, I put in a Sonitus:fx delay and could only automate the delay time but not the pan.

So I finally 'discovered' the remote feature which lets you assign a midi parameter (wheel, note on, etc...) to an fx send parameter. I used the wheel parameter to swing the delay pan... awesome!

Sort of like discovering america, after it reaches 300 million population, but a discovery none the less.

I see myself using this feature quite a bit now.

I'm not up and running here -I don't recall that delay having a pan. (I wish it did. Damn that would be nice.
