I wana learn how to use pitch correction. I probabley need to learn a lot. Can someone teach me basics?

If it sounds a little flat,...go higher. If it sounds a little sharp,... go lower. If it sounds right, do it again. All you need to know.
Seriously, you cant "learn" pitch on a forum.You have to know whats wrong before you can fix it.
