Mono switch in cubase mixer

Hi!

I'm wondering is there any kind of that switch? Sometimes i's like to check what the mix sounds in mono...and i don't know of the quickest way to do it...

My version of SE (v1.07) has one on the master channel strip but, I am under the impression that SL3/SX3 and the newer versions don't have it, which is lame.

Yeah, it sucks. I'm sure there's a freeware one out there somewhere, but I found this mega-cheap plugin which just sits on your master channel - activate it to hear a mono mix.

Man, I've been looking for the mono button too, and it turns out they don't have it in sx3?

Maybe I'm missing your point here, but you know how to invert the phase of each track (including the master), yeah?

Phase reverse is in the top section of the mixer channel strip

The Input phase button is the phase reverse button.

Cheers. That will save me creating a new wave file with the phase reversed.

I believe there's a way to monitor in mono with SX... need to insert a stock plug in the master section. I will dig up the details - I know I read it somewhere, just not sure where.
