I have a question about this product too, no sense in making a new topic!
Ok, so I want it to do some recordings. Ive read all the reviews on musiciansfriend.com, and I am getting a little confused. Am i going to be able to record, say, drums and bass, and then listen to that and record guitar and singing over it?? If not, this will not suit me. |

Yes you are possible to do that. I use my laptop output to the track in and enable the trk to control room. Its possible.

The thing to remeber about the USB version is that you do not have more than two separate inputs into the computer from it. The firewire version gives you one input to the computer pr. channel in the mixer whereas the usb one only gives you the mix.
