just bought n-track help

Hello. I downloaded it yesterday, but today most of my effects are gone, all the sony ones. Is this normal? Is there a way to get them back. Are there other effects that are better? How do I get these? What do they cost?

What do you mean by Sony effects? Are they DirectX or VST plugins? Did you have another version of n-track installed before?

What do you mean they're gone?

Are the .dll files still in their folders?

Maybe n-track just isn't showing a list of all your plugins in which case you'll have to go into the preferences and add the VST/DX plugin folders.
