I'm taking the plunge. Going digital. Processor, memory, etc is on order. Need to sell my present system to buy digital toys. Consists of:

Tascam 424 MK II Four Track Cassette Recorder
Behringer DSP1000P Virtualizer Effects Unit
Behringer MDX2200 Dual Channel Compressor/Limiter/Gate
Behringer PX2000 48 Point Patch Bay
Patch Cables
19 inch rack (size 8U)

I am the original owner, have boxes and manuals for all except the Tascam. I use the 424 MK III manual. Sorry, can't split it up. All items are in excellent condition. I get very good sound from this setup using a Shure SM58 mic or CAD E100 condensor (with ART TubeMP). This is an excellent system for putting voice to background tracks (OK - Karaoke). The rack is heavy duty industrial and will add a lot to shipping costs because of weight. Will ship without the rack but can't drop the price. I consider it a freebee due to cost to ship. Will send a demo mixed down tape if requested. Will borrow a friends digital camera if you want a picture. Go to http://www.tascam.com (or first page of http://www.homerecording.com ) or http://www.behringer.com for specs. Price is US $500.00 firm.
