F/s orTrade: Boogie 50/50, Marshall JMP-1 preamp
figured i'd throw this out there. i am on the good guy's list.
I've got a Mesa Boogie 50/50 power amp and a Marshall JMP-1 preamp. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of the older Boogie heads, a DC-5 (or DC-10 preferably) or maybe a few of the other models. I doubt anyone would want to trade for a dual rectifier, but i'll leave that open. The Mesa Boogie 50/50 is a bit older. Only one of the channels of 50 watts currently works and works great. The JMP-1 is in perfect condition, except for one small exception. The input is thread, and has a plastic washer that screws into it. This washer cracked and broke off. Aside from these problems (and the obvious rack rash) everything is terrific working order. I also have the MPM4-E footswitch that works with the head. It's a footswitch and has seen better days cosmetically, but is very functional. For those who may wonder about only having 50 watts of power to play with, I mock you!!! I've used this on several FULL US tours (when it was taken out in a full shockmount roadcase) and it never got turned up passed 3 1/2. It's plenty loud and plenty ballsy. here's the links to the manufacturers websites about the products. http://marshallamps.com/product.asp?productCode=JMP-1 SELLS BRAND NEW FOR 1399...well worth the trade in itself!!! http://mesaboogie.com/Product_Info/O...50_stereo.html sold for around 800-900 brand new, same as it's new counterpart, the 2:50 stereo power amp I am interested in the above trades, and will entertain any offers of cash (send me a private message). If you have any other creative trade ideas for guitar heads, send them along, maybe something will peak my interest. Thanks a bunch. Mike |

I have two dc-5 heads. THey are both the pre led models. I have had them for years. I want to hang on to one of them. I also have a anvil road case that holds them both. I don't know if you would be intrested in that? I don't gig out anymore. I was looking for a different amp to have.
