totally blocking off a basement window
lately neighbors have complained ALOT, about a little bit of noise, ill admit its kinda loud, but from where their house is, its just stupid, either way, what is the best way to totally block off a small rectangular basement window.
i thought drywall with that flexible rolled up lead sheeting on either side of that or. bricks? what Ian |

liquid foam lost and lots of liquid foam. 15 cans to be exact,

I'd be concerned about egress. Just be sure to have a workable escape route in the the event of fire.
