More info, please.

What interface are you using it with?

Mac or PC?

Is the interface properly installed?

Is there a workaround you use to get it functioning?

make sure you have downloaded the latest drivers.
power on the device before starting pro tools.
make sure windows is recognizing the installed Hardware (Start Menu-->Settings-->Control Panel-->System-->Hardware-->Device Manager-->Sound, video and game controllers)

Try this:
http://protoolsforum.com/DigiPrefs.html

What are these other errors you are getting?
