Headphones problem with the Toneport UX1

Helo I'm not too sure if this was asked once before and am truly sorry if someone already asked the question... BUT

I am experiencing problems with the toneport ux1 in the sense that using headphones for the device while it is connected to my guitar produces really really bad sound distortion (and I'm not referring to those distortion you get when you plug your guitar to a BOSS ds-2 yaaa). I've tried changing headphones and buying one specifically for monitoring but the distortion remains...

Any idea what is going on?? I'm feeling kinda helpless with this cause I still have no idea what is wrong. I know for sure that its not my headphones (cause I've changed it), nor my guitar jack (I've changed it too) or even my guitar (I've tried both Ibanez and a Fender on it; no go though).

so where are you connecting the headphones?

At the toneport ux1 itself, at that output hole where they write headphones and there's a pic of a headphone to it's left.

ummm this might help i dont know if it will...it is a usb port device so try to take off the headphones and dont use them and look at the meters if you have them, if not go to a program to monitor db lvls, i had a real weird as problem with a lexicon lambda, it was also usb. When ever i plugged in the mic, there would be a "ground" sound..dunno why..maybe its your usb port ...just throwin some other errors to look for...but dont take my word for it...
